Terms & Conditions

Valid from 1 May 2026. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using EDENparking services.

This is an informal translation for reference purposes only. The Slovak version is the legally binding document.

1. Introductory provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the parking operator and the customer.

1.2. Operator: EDENcars, s.r.o., registered office Ivánska cesta 83, Bratislava, Company ID: 44923848, registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court Bratislava III (hereinafter "Operator").

1.3. The parking address is not the same as the registered office of the Operator and the specific address for the customer's vehicle will be stated in the booking at www.EDENparking.sk.

1.4. Website: www.EDENparking.sk.

1.5. A Customer is any natural or legal person who uses the parking services and related services of the Operator. (Hereinafter "Customer")

2. Subject of services

2.1. Rental of parking area for passenger vehicles and small vans, up to size L1H1, and the provision of additional services.

2.2. Free transfer of the customer to a pre-determined location (Bratislava Airport) and subsequent return transfer to the vehicle.

2.3. Services are provided exclusively during operating hours, which are daily from 05:00 to 00:00.

2.4. In the event of a customer's delay in returning, when the customer needs to collect their vehicle outside the operator's opening hours, the operator is obliged to provide the customer with transport to their vehicle, either by own means or through a taxi service, with the costs of the taxi service borne by the operator. However, the customer is obliged to notify the delay by 23:00 and provide the expected arrival time.

2.5. The customer retains the vehicle keys throughout and leaves the vehicle locked; the operator will not handle the customer's vehicle at any time.

3. Booking and conclusion of contract

3.1. Booking of a parking space takes place through the online form on the website EDENparking.sk.

3.2. The service contract is considered concluded at the moment of payment of the booking by the customer and expression of consent to the general terms and conditions.

3.3. The customer is obliged to provide accurate information when booking, in particular arrival time, vehicle type, contact details and number of persons.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The Operator is obliged to provide the customer with a parking space and arrange free transfer within operating hours.

4.2. The customer is obliged to park the vehicle in the place designated by staff, properly lock and secure the vehicle.

4.3. Within the parking premises the customer is obliged to comply with traffic regulations and instructions from staff.

4.4. The Operator undertakes to provide the customer with a parking space in a fenced compound with security service.

5. Payment terms

5.1. The parking price is set according to the current price list published on the website.

5.2. Payment is made online in advance via the operator's payment gateway.

5.3. Any refund of the full payment or part thereof is also processed through the payment gateway and therefore any overpayment will be returned to the bank account associated with the customer's payment card used for the payment.

6. Cancellation policy

6.1. The Operator reserves the right in exceptional cases to cancel a customer's order without giving a reason. In such a case the customer is entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid, but is not entitled to any penalty. As a form of compensation the operator may provide a discount on a future order.

6.2. The customer may cancel or change the order under the following conditions

  • 7 or more days in advance: Cancellation/change free of charge. We will refund 100% of the amount to your account.
  • 1 to 6 days in advance: Cancellation fee is 50% of the price. We will refund the remaining half.
  • On the day of arrival / No-show: Cancellation fee is 100% of the amount (no refund).
  • Early departure from the car park: We do not refund money for unused days, with the exception of a cancelled flight.

7. Complaints and liability for damages

7.1. The Operator is not liable for any damage to or theft of the customer's vehicle during the parking period at the parking space.

7.2. The Operator is not liable for valuables, cash and electronics left inside the vehicle.

7.3. The Operator is not liable for damage caused by force majeure.

8. Personal data protection (GDPR)

8.1. The Operator processes personal data of customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the EP and of the Council (GDPR) for the purpose of contract performance. Detailed information about personal data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8.2. These GTC enter into force on 1 May 2026.

8.3. The Operator reserves the right to amend the GTC. Changes will be published on the website.
