1. Introductory provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between the parking operator and the customer in the provision of parking services and related services through the website www.EDENparking.sk.
1.2. Operator: EDENcars, s.r.o., registered office Ivánska cesta 83, Bratislava, Company ID: 44923848, registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court Bratislava III (hereinafter "Operator").
1.3. The address of the parking lot is not the same as the registered office of the Operator. The specific address of the parking lot will be stated in the booking confirmation at www.EDENparking.sk.
1.4. Website: www.EDENparking.sk.
1.5. Customer means any natural or legal person who uses the parking services and related services of the Operator (hereinafter "Customer").
2. Subject of services
2.1. The subject of the services is the rental of a parking area for passenger vehicles and small vans up to size L1H1, and the provision of additional services.
2.2. The service includes a free transfer of the Customer to M. R. Štefánik Airport Bratislava (BTS) and a return transfer back to the vehicle. The maximum number of passengers per booking is 4 persons (capacity limitation of the transfer vehicle).
2.3. Services are provided exclusively during the seasonal operating period from 15 June to 30 September 2026, on working days from 07:00 to 16:00. The current operating hours are always published on the Operator's website.
2.4. The Customer retains the vehicle keys throughout the parking period. The vehicle is left locked. The Operator will not handle the Customer's vehicle during the entire parking period.
2.5. The parking period is calculated by started calendar days (not 24-hour cycles).
3. Delay and pickup outside operating hours
3.1. If the Customer needs to collect their vehicle outside operating hours (e.g. due to a delayed flight), the Operator is obliged to provide the Customer with transport to their vehicle, either by own means or through a taxi service. The costs of the taxi service are borne by the Operator.
3.2. The Customer is obliged to inform the Operator of the delay at least 2 hours before the originally agreed collection time, by phone or email at the contact details listed on the website.
3.3. If the Customer fails to give timely notice under clause 3.2, the Operator is not obliged to arrange collection outside operating hours on that day, and collection will be carried out on the next working day within operating hours.
4. Booking and conclusion of contract
4.1. Booking of a parking space takes place exclusively through the online form on the website www.EDENparking.sk.
4.2. The service contract is considered concluded at the moment the Customer pays for the booking and accepts these GTC.
4.3. After successful payment the Customer will receive a booking confirmation to the email address provided during booking. The confirmation contains booking details including the parking address, dates and contact details.
4.4. The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information when booking, in particular: arrival and departure time, vehicle type and registration plate, contact details (phone, email) and number of passengers (max. 4).
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
5.1. The Operator is obliged to provide the Customer with a parking space in a fenced compound with security and to arrange free transfer within operating hours.
5.2. The Customer is obliged to park the vehicle in the place designated by staff, properly lock and secure the vehicle.
5.3. Within the parking compound the Customer is obliged to comply with traffic regulations and instructions from staff.
5.4. The Customer is obliged to remove valuables, cash and electronics from the vehicle. The Operator bears no responsibility for items left in the vehicle (see §8).
6. Payment terms
6.1. The parking price is set according to the current price list published on the website www.EDENparking.sk. All prices are stated including VAT.
6.2. Payment is made exclusively online in advance via the Operator's payment gateway. Cash payments and other offline payment methods are not accepted.
6.3. Refund of payment or part thereof is processed through the payment gateway to the bank account associated with the Customer's payment card used for the payment, within 14 days of the entitlement to a refund arising.
7. Cancellation policy
7.1. Cancellation by the Operator: The Operator reserves the right to cancel a Customer's booking in exceptional cases. In such a case the Customer is entitled to a refund of 100% of the amount paid within 14 days. The Customer is not entitled to any penalty or damages. As a form of compensation the Operator may provide a discount on a future booking.
7.2. Cancellation by the Customer:
- 7 or more days before the arrival date: Cancellation or change free of charge. Refund of 100% of the amount paid.
- 1 to 6 days before the arrival date: Cancellation fee of 50% of the price. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
- On the day of arrival or no-show: Cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid (no refund).
7.3. Early departure from the parking lot: For unused parking days the payment is not refunded, with the exception of a verifiably cancelled flight. In the event of a cancelled flight the Customer is entitled to a refund for unused days upon presentation of evidence of the flight cancellation (e.g. confirmation from the airline). The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the document.
7.4. Extension of parking: If the Customer needs to extend the parking period, they are obliged to contact the Operator at least 24 hours in advance. Extension is possible only within the seasonal operating period and subject to available capacity. The additional charge is calculated according to the current price list.
8. Liability for damages
8.1. The Operator provides parking in a fenced compound with security, but does not provide a vehicle guarding service for individual vehicles.
8.2. The Operator is not liable for damage to the Customer's vehicle occurring during parking, except for damage demonstrably caused by the fault or gross negligence of the Operator or its employees.
8.3. The Operator is not liable for valuables, cash, electronics and other items left inside the vehicle.
8.4. The Operator is not liable for damage caused by force majeure (vis major), including natural disasters, extreme weather and similar events.
8.5. The Customer is liable for damage caused to the Operator or third parties on the parking premises through their own actions or the actions of persons accompanying them.
9. Complaints
9.1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint about the services provided.
9.2. A complaint may be filed in writing by email to the address listed on the website www.EDENparking.sk, without undue delay, no later than 30 days after the service was provided.
9.3. The complaint must contain: the Customer's identification details, booking number, description of the defect or shortcoming complained of and the proposed remedy.
9.4. The Operator is obliged to handle the complaint within 30 days of its receipt. The Customer will be informed of the outcome by email.
9.5. If the Customer is not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, they have the right to contact the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, or to submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution through the RSO platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Personal data protection
10.1. The Operator processes the personal data of Customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.
10.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data, including the purpose of processing, legal basis, data retention period and the rights of data subjects, is set out in a separate document Privacy Policy, which is available on the Operator's website www.EDENparking.sk.
11. Final provisions
11.1. These GTC enter into force and effect on 24 April 2026.
11.2. The Operator reserves the right to amend these GTC. The current version of the GTC will always be published on the website www.EDENparking.sk. Amendments to the GTC do not affect already concluded contracts.
11.3. Legal relationships not governed by these GTC are subject to the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, in particular Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code and Act No. 250/2007 Coll. on Consumer Protection.
11.4. These GTC are drawn up in the Slovak language. In the case of language versions (EN, DE, HU) the Slovak version is binding.
11.5. The Customer expresses their agreement with these GTC by ticking the relevant box upon completing the booking and payment.
